Catherine: What is the funnest thing about going to the shows?

Erika: Well, even though a lot of the designers are the same at each show, all of them have a different vibe. For instance, the shoe show Compass is in a really hip, nice showroom in Chelsea while others are at the Hilton or the huge convention center. Also, some shows are more tightly-edited and selective about which designers are given a booth. So at one show you may see only higher end designers or well known names, while at others you could see you next door neighbor.

Catherine: We talked about the great hats from Hat Attack last time, what else did you find at the shows that you are excited about and want shoppers to know about?

Erika: Definitely the new Holiday line by Motel coming soon and the new Spring shoes by 80/20. We are getting some great party dresses from Motel that are perfect for every occasion. And the 80/20 shoes are adorable! They will be here in February.
